Selection

Professional qualifications and your individual profile are important criteria that are used to make a selection. It is also important that we understand why you are applying for the position in question, and what you believe you can contribute. If we think you may be a potential candidate for the position for which you have applied, we will contact you.

Interview

The purpose of the interview is to assess your professional qualifications and experience and to gain insight into you as a person. We will assess you based on the requirements of the position we are seeking to fill. Your personality is important, along with professional and international experience, language skills and other relevant knowledge and abilities. Our best tip for you is to come well prepared and be yourself.

Test

If you are successful after the first interview, we will ask you to complete a test as a supplement to the documents you have submitted. This helps us get to know you more and gives us an even better foundation for a dialogue and for the next step in the process.

Second interview

The second interview is usually conducted with HR and the recruiting manager and gives you an opportunity to meet more employees and managers from BillerudKorsnäs.

Final evaluation

After the final interview and reference checks, the recruiters and the recruiting manager will compare the various candidates and make a final decision. Hopefully, this means we will offer you a job that you choose to accept.
